1. **🛠️ More Control Over CRM Updates**  
   Decide how data is pushed to CRM fields that already contain information, choose to **append**, **combine**, or **overwrite** existing data.

2. **💬 Slack Integration**  
   Link an insight to a Slack channel so that when it’s triggered, the response is automatically posted to that channel.

3. **🎯 Target Insights to Specific Calls**  
   Run insights only on the calls that matter. Filter by **call type** and/or **specific users.** The insight will trigger only if the call meets your criteria.

4. 🔄 **Auto-Sync Selected Insights**  
   Choose at a insight level which to automatically sync to your CRM.
